My husband and I wanted to purchase a reasonably expensive home/farm property and it appeared that we needed to sell a few houses to do this. We embarked on the exercise of making enquiries at our bank, other potential banks and trying to figure out our options.
As it was a farm property, banks view them differently and were either unwilling to lend or wanted to lend at a commercial rate. There was also the small but rather expensive issue of breaking mortgages and the penalty fees. It was getting complex. I was out of my depth and the frustration was building.

We managed to get into our first home just over a year ago (in this market!) and couldn’t have done it without Elise’s help navigating what felt like an overwhelmingly complex system, including coordinating with the banks, getting things turned around in remarkably quick timeframes, and staying cool as a cucumber while giving us frank and helpful advice all the way through. Elise is a fantastic business coach. She’s incredibly knowledgeable on all things related to business and finance. Being a Tradie it is not my strong point. I would’ve really struggled without her help, encouragement and guidance.
